Ashley Bradford is a mission-driven entrepreneur and experienced executive officer and is excited to have joined the Ralston College staff in early 2023.

Prior to Ralston, Ashley was the Senior Vice President of Learning Platforms at 2U Inc. where he led a global team of learning scientists, product managers, and platform engineers across four global product lines serving more than 75 million learners. Ashley joined the company in 2018 after 2U acquired his institutionally-funded company CritiqueIt.

Ashley has founded and sold companies in consumer marketing and investigative technology spaces and enjoys operating in the intersection of organizational leadership and agile problem solving. He is an advisor to the Human Rights Investigative Center at University of California Berkeley, has taught philosophy at community college for years, and was the Machine Learning cloud architect for the security company i-View Now, acquired by ADT in 2020. 

Prior to working in education, Ashley spent over a decade as a contractor embedded with various state and federal agencies developing tools and workflows to support organized crime- and crimes-against-persons investigations. His placements include DOD, DHS, ATF, Secret Service, FBI, FDA, FCC, AFDL and IMF, among others.

He holds a Master of Arts in Religion and Literature from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.
