Daniel Gallagher teaches philosophy and literature at Ralston College. He has previously held positions at Cornell University, the University of Notre Dame, Aquinas College, and Saint Mary’s College, after serving for a decade on the secretarial staffs of Popes Benedict XVI and Francis. Specializing in medieval philosophy, he is the author of numerous articles in metaphysics, aesthetics, and theology, and has taught a wide range of courses in Latin literature, including prose, poetry, and composition. Professor Gallagher holds degrees from the University of Michigan, the Catholic University of America, and the Pontifical Gregorian University. He now happily lives in Savannah with his wife and four young children.
