Guyanne Booth

(1932 – 2019) was a novelist based in the Dallas area. Her books include Robbers’ Roost, The Green Canoe, and Ann Brown. Ms Booth’s work is characterized by its vivid personalities, its penetrating insights into the human condition, and its description of the life and natural beauty of the American West. A life-long student of theology, Ms Booth also used her fiction to explore themes of decadence, lawfulness, redemption, and the richness of human connection. Ms Booth was a Visitor of the College.
